Law Enforcement Officer Training combines combatives and Jiu Jitsu for a well rounded approach. The class is geared towards officers and every day situations they may encounter.
Women’s Self Defense
WITH LINDSAY RIDDELL and Ashley Mullis
Women’s Self Defense is an introductory course for Jiu Jitsu with some elements of Krav Maga. This women’s only class provides an inviting atmosphere for women to get started on their martial arts journey. The class teaches techniques for prevention and defense of common kidnap and assault attempts.
